Gayle Burbank Landscapes is a modern landscape design firm that creates beautiful, sustainable landscapes, connected creatively to each specific environment. The company offers consultation, design and installation services for residential and commercial projects of all sizes. Gayle Burbank Landscapes has designed elegant outdoor spaces since 1997 and operates from Bearsville, NY.

I have extensive horticultural knowledge, and great aesthetic expertise. In collaboration with my clients, and the nature of the site, I provide landscapes that are a haven from the stresses of everyday life, by putting my clients in touch with the sights, sounds and smells of nature at its best.

After a successful career in fashion design, I decided to combine my talent and design experience with my passion for gardening. I graduated from the New York Botanical garden with certificates in Landscape Design, Garden Design, and Commercial Horticulture.

I offer consultation, design, and installation services for projects of all sizes, both residential and commercial.

Projects range in size from small urban gardens to large country estates. I will design an entire master plan for a site, or just update an existing garden.

I meet with clients to discuss needs and desires for their landscape. I analyze the site and create a design for each project, with plants and hardscaping combining to address each projects unique characteristics. I personally oversee everything from sculpting the land, installation of innovative stonework and hardscaping, to choosing all plant material and seeing it installed properly."
